The amount of a Client''s bid determines placement of such Client''s listing in a search results list. SearchBoss continually updates placement based upon the ongoing results of the bids for placement. CLIENT PAYMENT The Client agrees to pay SearchBoss based on the number of clicks by a user on your search listing multiplied by the amount which you have bid to pay for each click on your search listing. The amount of clicks are measured by tracking reports prepared by SearchBoss and you understand and agree that such report shall be yellowpage the only and definitive measure of the amount of clicks. A deposit of at least $20 shall be paid to SearchBoss to begin services to the Client. If Client decides to cancel account, SearchBoss will refund 80% of their current internet account balance, however will not refund amounts under $10. First, you set up your bidding account and enter your site information. Then, you provide us with the search terms you would like to bid on along with the bid amount for the yellowpage keyword/phrase. Within two hours, your listing will appear in the search results (based on the level you bid upon). If you bid a higher amount than the existing listing at a certain position (such as #1), your site will now hold that position. What keywords/phrases can I choose?
